Hubert Josselin est fauconnier. En 2019 il cree avec Catherine, son epouse, les chouettes du cœur pour aller avec ses rapaces à la rencontre d'un public fragilisé. Depuis ils sillonnent les routes de Bourgogne accompagnés de ses drole de médiateurs a plumes. Le bien-être de ses oiseaux est primordial. Il présente Bibi, le Grand Duc Africain. Hubert Josselin is a falconer. In 2019, he and his wife Catherine set up Les chouettes du cœur to take their birds of prey out to meet vulnerable members of the public. Since then, they've been crisscrossing the roads of Burgundy, accompanied by their droll feathered mediators. The well-being of his birds is paramount. He presents Bibi, the African Great Horned Owl.
