The police used a water cannon during the November 17 rally at the National Assembly against Article 24 of the Global Security Law. The law provides for the punishment of perpetrators who disseminate images of police or military personnel with the aim of violating their physical or psychological integrity. La police a fait usage d'un canon a eau en mage du rassemblement du 17 novembre à l'assemblée nationale contre l'article 24 de la loi de sécurité globale. La loi prévoit de punir les auteurs diffusant des images de policiers ou militaires dans le but de porter atteinte à leur intégrité physique ou psychique.
