Reportage sur un des ateliers de selleries du Groupe Lim leader sur le marché mondial. Ils sont implanté dans plusieurs endroits en France et a l'étranger avec plusieurs marques et ici nous sommes en Dordogne à Saint-Estèphe. Ici les peaux déjà tannées sont suspendues par Davy Beyrand et Olivier Donnary le temps de sécher, puis passées à la glaceuse méchanique par Frédéric Jeannot pour être assouplies. Story on one of Groupe Lim's world-leading saddlery workshops. They are present in several locations in France and abroad with several brands, and here we are in the Dordogne at Saint-Estèphe. Here, already tanned hides are hung to dry by Davy Beyrand and Olivier Donnary, then put through a mechanical glazing machine by Frédéric Jeannot to soften them.
