Stephanie Dolo et Maxime Krela, éleveurs de chèvres laitières pour une production de fromage de chevre fermier certifié biologique. "Les vaches nous rendent chevres" est un élevage caprin respectueux du bien-être animal qui amène paitre ses animaux au pré, pratique la mono-traite pour moins user les chèvres et laisser plus de lait aux petits. L'alimentation provient de leur propre exploitation agricole. Stephanie Dolo and Maxime Krela, dairy goat breeders for the production of certified organic farm goat cheese. "The cows make us goats" is a goat breeding respectful of animal welfare which brings its animals to graze in the meadow, practices mono-milking to wear out the goats less and leave more milk for the babies. The food comes from their own farm.
