Stephanie DOLO, éleveuse de chèvres laitières, dans l'atelier de fabrication des fromages de chèvre fermiers bio. "Les vaches nous rendent chevres" est un élevage caprin respectueux du bien-être animal qui amène paitre ses animaux au pré, pratique la mono-traite pour moins user les chèvres et laisser plus de lait aux petits. L'alimentation provient de leur propre exploitation agricole certifiée biologique (associés : Stephanie Dolo, Fanny Tyrode et Maxime Krela). Stephanie Dolo, dairy goat breeder for the production of certified organic farm goat cheese. "The cows make us goats" is a goat breeding respectful of animal welfare which brings its animals to graze in the meadow, practices mono-milking to wear out the goats less and leave more milk for the babies. The food comes from their own farm.
