Mogadiscio Somalie Dec 2006 Selon Fuad Mohammed Khalf le Ministre de l'education de l union des Tribunaux Islamiques " les ecoles seront fermees en cas de guerre et les etudiants envoyes au front j'irai avec eux " Prés de 5000 habitants ecoutent le 8 dec les responsables de l Union des Tribunaux Islamiques qui appellent au Djidad la guerre sainte contre l Ethiopie et le gouvernement selon eux felon de Badoia "In the event of war, schools will be closed and students sent to the front; I shall go with them.î (Fuad Mohammed Khalf, Minister of Education with the Union of Islamic Tribunals). Five thousand people listened as the leaders of the Union of Islamic Tribunals called for the Jihad (holy war) to be waged on Ethiopia and what they considered to be the illegal government in Badoia.
