Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy arrives to give a meeting in the northern city of Lambersart, six days after he announced his political comeback. Sarkozy holds in Lambersart his fist meeting to take over as chief of his right-wing UMP party, a party which is fractured by dissent. Sarkozy is widely seen as aiming to reclaim for 2017 the presidency he lost to President Francois Hollande in 2012.
