Le poulpe est un animal marin emblématique, qui a la réputation d'être le plus évolué des invertébrés, avec une intélligence supérieure à bien des vertébrés. Champion du camouflage grâce aux chromatophores de sa peau, il a été démontré scientifiquement qu'il est aussi doté de capacités d'apprentissage avancées.
