Tradition du "tue cochon" dans les Landes

14/01/2014 - France / Aquitaine - Les participants se reunissent au petit matin avant de se mettre au travail. C'est le moment de prendre des nouvelles des uns et des autres. Le tue-cochon, ou fete du cochon, est une tradition des campagnes francaises, qui correspond a l'abattage, la decoupe et la cuisine de la viande de porc. Autrefois moment important de la vie rurale, cette tradition se perd aujourd'hui. It's the occasion to chat and get some news about eachother. The tue-cochon (kill the pig) is one of the french countryside tradition: killing the pig, slicing the parts and cooking the meat.
