Reportage sur la fabrication du Mini Babybel de la société Bel géant fromager dans leur Usine d'Evron en Mayenne. Le Mini babybel fut inventé en 1976 et de nos jours l'usine d'Evron avec ses 900 salariés en produit 29000 tonnes alors que la production mondial est de 50000 répartie sur des usines à l'étranger. Ici Clément à la la mise sous claies L1 des fromages, elimine les fromages avec defauts. La mise sous claies permettra au fromage de s'affiner une fois la saumure évacuée. Mini Babybel was invented in 1976, and today the Evron factory, with its 900 employees, produces 29,000 tons, while global production totals 50,000 tons spread across factories abroad. Here, Clément is placing the cheeses on L1 racks and removing any cheeses with defects. Placing the cheeses on racks will allow them to mature once the brine has been drained.
