Le Mini babybel fut inventé en 1976 et de nos jours l'usine d'Evron avec ses 900 salariés en produit 29000 tonnes alors que la production mondial est de 50000 répartie sur des usines à l'étranger. Ici Arnaux conducteur versage, depose une série de claies pour affinage. Les claies aident à donner la forme au fromage, facilite son égouttage et son aération, et contribue à un affinage homogène. Report on the production of Mini Babybel cheese by Bel, the cheese giant, at their factory in Evron, Mayenne. Mini Babybel was invented in 1976, and today the Evron factory, with its 900 employees, produces 29,000 tons, while global production totals 50,000 tons spread across factories abroad. Here, Arnaux, the driver, unloads a series of racks for ripening. The racks help to shape the cheese, facilitate drainage and aeration, and contribute to uniform ripening.
