Reportage sur un des ateliers de selleries du Groupe Lim leader sur le marché mondial. Ils sont implanté dans plusieurs endroits en France et a l'étranger avec plusieurs marques et ici nous sommes en Dordogne à Saint-Estèphe. Ici Frederic Jeannot passe la derideuse sur les peaux pour mettre les veines à plat tout en essorant et etirant celle ci tout en controlant l'épaisseur. Here, Frederic Jeannot runs the derideuse over the hides to flatten the veins, while stretching and wringing them out and checking the thickness.
